Swirl marks on car paint!

Hi all,

Had my motor about a year, and have noticed many scratches/swirl marks on the paintwork (white) - no idea how this happened...

Does anyone recommend any products I can use to polish these out? They are not deep scratches, but lots of them when the sun shines on the car!!

Any hand-wash place, not specifically Poles, mostly illegals and its been discussed enough times that those places are not good for paintwork nor the local economy/crime rates.
