HI All

i bought 5 liters of the above witch came with a hand operated spray gun
witch after the first use then cleaned as per instruction it became useless stop spraying .

I might add that this stuff can make you feel sick when you use it.

Does the stuff need warming up before to make it spray a bit easier?

Don't Waxoyl this time of year...you'll do more harm than good.
It needs to be applied when the vehicle is warm on a very hot day (preferably 28/30 degrees!) - when it's warm it soaks in and adheres properly, it won't do that on a cold day and could result in moisture getting under the coating.
I find the Waxoyl pressure pump kit works well enough.

Waxoyl works fine if applied properly.

There are far superior coatings for rust protection than waxoyl. Bilt Hamber and Dinitrol to name just two.

Dinitrol does what it says on the tin, is pleasant to apply and any lingering smell is quite acceptable too.

Waxoyl is just bloody nasty stuff on all fronts.
