Afternoon,

No I know this might sound a bit of an oxy-moron however I have some chrome parts on my C250 that I would like to wrap, these will need to be OEM colour and the reason for wrapping is because they are tricky parts to remove from the car.

The bit of Googling I have done only revealed one company in the U.S that offers such a thing -

https://www.colorxlabs.com/products/color-match-wr...

I just wondered if anyone either knew of a UK supplier of such vinyl or had indeed used Colorxlabs themselves??

Never heard of them and I very much doubt their claims.

Have you tried asking a car wrapping company as they may be able to get the correct vinyl you want from their suppliers?

So you have a red car (for example) with chrome trim but you want to wrap the chrome parts in a red that matches the bodywork?

That’s pretty much it yes - I spoke to the wrapping company who are doing the trims and he said the UK vinyl producers have started to do OEM colours but don’t currently offer my specific white.

It’s no major issue just their website looked to offer the sort of thing I was after, figured someone else might have been in a similar position?
