Car parts express painted panels

Hi,

Does anyone have any experience with car parts express painted panels.

I have rust on my arches and can get front panels from them and colour matched (apparently) if I send them something from car they can match paint to.

Can't find anyone in Glasgow that's willing to cut out and weld in new metal.
