What is this trim bits, and how will I fix it?

So a few weeks after my wife’s new car was delivered back in 2016 we had a ridge tile come off the roof and glance off the car, it “smudged” the window and caused this little dink. The car is now due to go back to the lease company and it’s had a new window but the damage below is still there. It’s through the vinyl (or whatever it is) and through the paint.





I’ve searched a few key words like B pillar trim (only brings up chrome caps!) or external vinyl which brings up carbon wraps etc.
I don’t suppose any of you guys know the proper name so I can replace it do you?
If not, I might just fill it and get some satin black wrinkle paint and hope for the best!

What car is it? There are ways of looking up the part number.

Can be referred to as a blackout tape.
