Pollen always sticks to paint

Even with a good wax/sealent, pollen it seems always ends up sticking to my car, a jet wash wont remove it and it needs contact with a mitt to get it off, its fricking annoying, any tips?

A citrus based cleaner on a microfibre or used as a pre-soak when washing should solve the problem.
