Removing old waxoil from chassis

What’s the best approach for removing all the waxoil from an entire chassis and suspension on a TVR?

Steam clean?

White spirit and rags?

Panel wipe? Which type?

Anything else recommended?

Steam clean and a scraper get the worst off then white spirt to get the rest off would get my vote
