Plasti dip chrome emblems

I'd like to paint my chrome emblem gloss black. However no matter how much adhesion promotors and things I've used in the past, it always tends to start coming off. Does anyone know if plastidip will hold up well? Am I correct in believing that it dries as one full piece almost like a perfectly moulded wrap? Any tips for applying it? Is it runny when spraying? And does it come in gloss black?
