My wipers judder across the screen, so what's the best way to stop this and make them work smoothly? They are only a few months old.
Many Thanks.

If a good clean of the screen and blades doesn't work then perhaps it might need new wiper arms as they supply the pressure to hold the blade against the screen.

eta: Have you got decent blades fitted? Not some random ebay/ cheap jobbies

Clean the windscreen, but make sure you clean the wiper blades too. You'll see so much black dirt coming off the blades - do that with glass cleaner a few times, and it should make it a bit better.

Thanks guys, the car is always spotless, screen cleaned and wipers cleaned , car is only six months old but when there is light rain they do tend to be a little annoying i just wondered what i could use to make them glid across the windscreen silently. tia.

I had this problem too. I just hit Google and solved it without hassling anyone else as I found it had already been asked about a million times already.
Then I went and did something interesting and useful.

Is the rubber on the wipers bent? I've found when this happens to cheap wipers, they're fairly close to ending up in the bin. You could use something like RainX to make the glass really smooth? RainX do a 2 in 1 glass cleaner and rain repellent which is good.

It's a forum. A detailing forum. This is a good question which other users interacting with like minded people will find useful. Google doesn't offer the community or conversations.

Anyway OP, I experience skipping when I first apply the H2GO hydrophobic coating. I've been told by the cleanyourcar chap to apply some to the wipers too.
