Totton, Southampton recommendations please

I have a rather old and tired Mitsubishi Shogun that needs a front end respray (wings, bonnet and front valance0) so looking for a local recommended bodyshop for a good job at a fair price. I'm also seeking a mobile valeter who can also offer a hot wash and or steam clean in the engine bay as it's caked in oil. Google does turn up several results but I would prefer recommendations. Thanks.
