Ford Capri Restoration/body work

Hi Folks,
I am looking to have my Ford Capri Mk3 restored I want a xpack kit fitted and the whole car resprayed including engine bay and boot area.
I am based in central Scotland can anybody recommend a company that knows these cars and produces top workmanship. I don't mind traveling so any suggestions would be appreciated.
