Body shop recommendations / likely cost

I flip over a few Boxster's and would like to find a local (Sunbury on Thames, Middlesex / Surrey) bodyshop who I could use to paint things like bumpers.
At the moment I have a front bumper that I have removed and stripped, hence it would need sanding, spot repairing and spraying.
What cost will I be looking at?
Any recommendations?
