I paid £50 for one of these a couple of years ago: https://smile.amazon.co.uk/dp/B07NW7MM8W/ref=dp_ce...

It's been great (I use it on the bike), powerful and blows very hot if required. It's noisy though so I tend to wear ear plugs when using it.

I use the same one, very handy especially in winter with the hot option, however be careful where the power lead goes into the unit, that sometimes can come loose.

Did buy one with the adjustable power. I have found that it works very well on a well waxed car. Tried it on sons Golf which hasn't seen much wax recently and it was hard work for the blower to move the water. However, after leathering using one of my auto glym leathers, I found it to be very useful still by blowing out all of the trapped water from headlights and shut gaps enabling polishing with no water dripping from mirrors etc. For £50 a good bit of kit.

An outside alternative is a Titan shop vac from screwfix.
The hose will go on the output port and turns it in to a very powerful blower. The nozzles that come with it mean you can get a very high pressure concentrated stream of warm air. We use one at work with a second ‘clean’ hose for drying vans before we wrap them.
