Help, how do I fix this....
Discussion
My S2000 front bumper has never fitted properly at the sides. I know it had a small car park prang before I got it and it's not cat D or anything, but I've discovered that there is some filler on the wheel arch, the front bumper mounting bracket is bent and the bumper mounting tabs are torn.
I think I can replace the mounting bracket, but anyone got advice for the bumper and wheel arch? Paint is Moonrock so has a bit of a flake in it. I can do mechanical bits but not so hot at bodywork. I'd like to avoid a body shop, if I can.
Can probably replace this:

Can this crack and rust be fixed at home without a body shop?

Can this tab be fixed, if so how?

The crack difficult to do at home as to repair it means going in deep so the repair area will be quite large to do correctly. However there is a way... Buy a cheap airbrush from machine mart and use that to paint the repair ( including the rusty element) This keeps overspray to a minimum. The paint is a clear over base so you have to clear coat it as well. I should really do a you tube video on this it's difficult to explain the technique !
As for the bumper there are two options. You can use a soldering iron to weld up the plastic or there are very strong two compound glues. I'd go the meltong route and add a repair washer filed to shape.
