Custom paintwork artist required

Hi,
Looking for suggestions of someone who might be able to hand paint onto car parts, using paint that could withstand being under a car bonnet.
Have a cartoon character in mind I wish to have painted onto an aluminium rocker cover cover (a cover, not the rocker cover itself) as part of a themed car build and wondered if anyone could recommend artists who had done work before.

Any suggestions appreciated.

Is it worth looking in to hydrodipping? Couldn’t tell you how heat resistant it would be, but it might be a lot cheaper than getting custom artwork comissioned.
