Paint Problem and T Cut

I have paint problems on the passenger side door and need to advice, I used T cut and it seemed to have made it WORSE!

I have taken some pics of the problem any advice on how to solve this issue would be appreiciated

Unfortunately your top coat of laquer has cracked and water has got under it damaging the finish even more.

The only way to solve that is sand the laquer coat an reapply a new coat. You may be able to use some 2000-2500grade wet sand paper to soften the edges an cut the area with something far more aggressive than t cut on a da/rotary sander before finishing with much milder compound but it will only be a short term improvement.

Sand back to a sound surface & refinish.
Expect to colour coat & clearcoat.
