Looking to buy a DA.

This is a good kit and should see you well. Please make sure whatever machine/kit you buy you start with the least aggressive pad/polish combination first - Range Rover paint is SOFT.

I also have a DAS 6 Pro and have used it on my 330, 640 and my daughters 13yr old mini.
As above try a softer compound pad/compound first as you can always try the more abrasive compound later but you can’t put paint/top coat back on😀
As my daughters car was a lot older and had lived its life outside the results were stunning.

Hex Logic are a solid choice.
I'm currently polishing my car this week using Meguiars Microfiber pads and I don't find them as effective as Hex Logic. Wont be using them again.
The condition of the paintwork will dictate what kind of Compounds/Polishes you should use but I have used lots of Menzerna Products and always find them good.
I have often used Menzerna 400 ( Formerly Fast Gloss ) , and find it very flexible and will often give you 90% of what you need in a single product , if you don't have time for a 2 stage Polish.
Step By Step Here if you want some guidance

I’ve been looking at this too - I have a DAS 6 Pro but never got round to picking up and compounds / pads.
A bit of reading suggest some hex green pads and S20 black should be a decent 1 stage for my two cars.
Issue is then - what do I finish with. I have some SRP so may pick up some Extra Gloss protection and smash those two in after the correction.
I don’t want to spend a fortune first time out. Also unsure on decontamination - I have a clay kit I can use but slightly concerned about inflicting more damage.
This stuff is a minefield....
