Ceramic Coatings

I have a Tornado red golf and the paint is generally very good but in the lockdown sun wave we had I noticed the bonnet and roof to a certain extent starting to look slightly hazy.
A good polish removes it but I just wondered would any of these modern day applied ceramics help with this.
I like the look of the Gyeon products, their cancoat looks interesting.
I want something easy to apply, I do have a garage but can’t put the car in it overnight for curing time.
