You are much better off with a pump sprayer and a pre-wash, something like Bilt hamber SurfexHD or Autosmart Prestige XLS.
Cheers,
Chris
I actually tried this yesterday on a white car that had a decent layer of traffic film etc and it didn’t seem to do a lot.Cheers,
Chris
Dilution ratio about 5:1.

Snow foaming to men are like candles to women. Either way, you're burning money
I do get it that some people think it’s snake oil but in any tests I’ve seen of the Bilt Hamber product it’s been very good.I will consider not bothering though if it’s no better than the Surfex HD I use.

Used to have a Kirchner one and thought it was ok is.
When it broke I got this one and its so much better.
Do know if it will fit your machine but you can double check.

Foam canons performance once you get out of the really cheap stuff is fairly similar, I use an MTM that works well for £45'ish.
A more important factor is the pressure washer, if it doesn't flow a decent amount or the orifice size is too large the foam quality is going to underwhelm. Anything sub £100 is just not worth bother with a foam canon in my experience.
Also consider water softness, if you have rock hard water then the foam will again suffer unless you use a highly alkaline strip wash type of soap. The specially formulated foaming soaps don't usually foam that much better than regular car shampoo, but they do sit on the surface for longer.
As commented above, perfectly, it's candles for men. But if you want nice candles you're going to need to pay for it.
