Engine detailing

Which products do you guys recommend for engine detailing a testarossa? The engine is already very good so its more about keeping it that way and protecting it. There are some bolts etc that have some surface rust on, what about those? How do I stop corrosion of nuts and bolts etc?

acf50 gets a few mentions in the bikers forum

I like ACF 50. I also never use water to clean in the engine bay - I use a paraffin gun.
But for a testarossa, a bit of heat - whether heated garage, or a 500W panel heater or something under it is going to be way better to stop condensation forming.
