Their website security is a bit iffy, and their sign up emails come from an email server that is misconfigured (server doesn't correctly identify itself), so their emails might not be accepted by your mail service, or may be treated as spam.
I raised this with them and got no response.

I would avoid, unless you want you login credentials harvested by Chinese/Korean/Russian hackers.

Quite a useful source of (read only) info if you want to find out about particular products though.

When I'd lost my password I tried many things to get a reset email and failed. I contacted them via their Facebook page / group and sorted it out that way, so if you do want to get on the forum you could try that.

If you want to PM me your username I can login to that site and perhaps message an admin to try to shift things along.

I tried signing up twice last year. Twice my application was rejected. And I didn’t even get the chance to insult anyone. Most irksome. They clearly didn’t like the cut of my jib.

I'd seriously not bother.

There seems to be some kind of competition where they want to out 'OCD' each other. I genuinely think theres a fair few on there with mental health issues.

One recent post I saw, had the title 'Utter disastrous day cleaning my car', and the post opened with 'feeling more and more depressed'. The chap had cleaned his 9 year old taxi, and it rained...and a few leaves fell on his car.

Harsh, but fair.
