PPF/Ceramic coating - Then what?
Discussion
Question for people who have had PPF installed and or ceramic coated also.
I'm about to have my car machine polished and ceramic coated, plus the front will be PPF'd.
Going forwards do I continue with the usual cleaning routine? bug/tar remover, fallout, snow foam, wash, polish etc etc (not necessarily in that order)
Any do's and don'ts I need to be aware of? I could ask the detailer doing the work when I drop it off, but though I would ask here first, might save me some time.

Try to avoid any chemical decontamination processes if you want the ceramic coating to last, they are durable but high PH potions don't do them any favours. Bug remover for example isn't necessary, you really want to wash as normal with a soap then get the bugs off using a drying aid post wash, such as P&S Beadmaker, as then you are rubbing on the paint when its free from debris and therefore reduces your chances of marring the paint.
To this end, I would advocate the use of a drying aid or ceramic infused topper as these help extend the life of the ceramic coating and enhance the gloss as a bonus.
