This appeared a while back - not entirely sure how as it's a strange location and no other damage around it, can only assume a stone or something:



I've seen resin injections done on windscreens to fill and repair 'star' cracks - would this be likely to work on the damage above?

You can use a clear araldite type glue, or if the surface isn't textured a clear glass tape repair tape.

If it's dry inside I probably wouldn't bother

It's mainly because it's a lease and the sort of thing that'll be picked up on the return. I was hoping that it might be fixable (as well as preventing any further cracking. If not, I'll just replace the whole cluster before sending it back.

I doubt you'll get an invisible fix, just something that will prevent it getting worse.
