Good independent scratch repairs or polishing NW area?

Looking to get the car machine polished in the south manchester/Cheshire area and after a recommendation for a polisher. It’s a 14 year Volvo C70 which can be nice with the right work as well as some smart repair to a couple of places.
Have a 2” square bit if keying that I want repaired.
