PPF repair needed.

As a result of a plastic pipe falling from the ceiling of my garage onto the wing of my Vanquish. I need to have the ppf removed and a new piece fitted. No damage to the paint but the film will not self heal. How much is reasonable for a wing only, not headlight or bumper. First quote received is 300 + vat which is quite steep. Any thoughts?
