You can buy some small pots of coloured dye/balm on ebay, quite easy to rub a small amount in to blend, I'm guessing shoe polish would do a similar job though on a small area.
Autoglym products are pretty good for leather care, if you want to spend more furniture clinic stuff is highly regarded too.

Gliptone are your people. Little pots of Scuffmaster dye, colour matched to the original.
I have tried other brands that claim to be a colour match for factory colours but they have always been slightly off. Never with Gliptone.
