Restoring badly scratched glass

Good morning all,

I’ve decided to attempt to restore the rear window on my Mini, the previous owner has obviously had the wiper on when dry and now I’ve got crop circles on the glass.

What’s the best method l/products to be using? I will probably be doing my headlights too.

Glass is very very hard to polish and if you're not used to polishing I would consider not bothering. There are kits you can get with suitable pads and polishing compounds for glass, if the scratches are worse than just wiper burn then they may never come out.

Headlights can usually be done using normal polishing methods, have a youtube search on techniques, plenty about.
