Hi guys, I wonder if anybody can help me on the below. I had PPF installed a couple of weeks ago - professional PPF installation company via a dealership. There are a couple of dark spots showing on the top of the front bumper - it almost looks like a bad touch up repair below the film but looking online it looks like it might be micro bubbles under the film from the install. I pointed it out at collection and the dealer said that it would go away after a few days but it still is quite obvious (you can see it from several feet away and it’s on top of the bumper) although it is a bit difficult to photograph. I’m going to take it in to get them to look at it again but I’m the meantime, has anybody come across similar and if so, is it just a case of leaving it for bubbles to evaporate through the film or is more work needed?

Take it back to them and have them re-apply would be my vote. They’re the professional fitters.
