Smart repair or bodyshop?

My old man has reversed into a post in their Skoda Superb estate. The bumper paint is crazed and the bumper deformed slightly. I have said it might be a smart repair rather than replacement bumper. Happy to seek other opinions. The car is near Mansfield, Notts if anybody has any recommendations. Thanks.
