I have some scuffs on one of the diamond cut wheel, sent the photos to a wheel repair shop, they said they can re-polish the whole front face, I am wondering after the re-polishing, would it looks very different to the other 3 wheels?

You can barely see it so if it was me I’d leave it as it won’t belong before they all start corroding anyway!

Yes, it not noticeable, maybe I will leave it and wait for all wheels to collect more damage before doing a full refurbishment, thanks for the advice.

Personally I'd only do all 4 at the same time.

The finish will be slightly different and almost certainly distinguishable to a discerning eye.

Another option might be to buy a used one if there's any for sale.

I'd get a little clear lacquer and cover the scuffs as well as possible to prevent any corrosion from spreading.

Yes, just bought a bottle of clear lacquer, will do the touch up when it arrives.

No need to do all four, you can never see all four at once, just do the worst two and put them on the same side of the car, then nobody will be able to spot any slight differences.

Hi,

Without seeing the complete car, I'll make a guess the damaged alloy is the nearside front?

That's the one most easily damaged - during parking against a kerb.

If it's in a different location I would suggest refitting it to the nearside front. This means you reduce the chance of damaging a second alloy at some point into the future.

Hope that makes at least some sense.
