Black body panels restoration

Hi all

On my Giulietta, the launch edition has these black plastic body panels

They're starting to look a bit grubby though,

Would something like G technique C4 or car pro deluxe restore this?

Or would it need something more drastic? It's quite a rough material

Thank you, I will get some, as I need to do the plastic trims on the door as well.
