What paint to tough up pothole damaged 21"?

What's a good paint to get to just touch this up for now? Will just bloody fix them before I sell it as roads are so 3d world these days...And despite weaving to avoid constantly whilst looking like a drunk driver [

I just bought a touch up paint from eBay for less than a tenner, worked fine.

Ordered a pot off eBay for my wheels. Not a huge amount of money and a perfect colour match … just need to keep up with the damage Mrs ScoobyChris creates

Pretty much any black paint would do for all the size of that chip
Is that tyre damaged or is it just a rubber moulding flash?
