Accident Repair - Bodyshop Recommendations London (North)

My car has been the victim of a hit and run and I'm having to go through insurance for a repair due to the severity.

I wanted to ask if anyone London/Hertfordshire based has any recommendations of bodyshops they've used in the past for accident damage?

The insurance company have recommeneded 1Touch to carry out the repairs, but I want to make sure it's done to a good standard and I'm not left arguing with the bodyshop about paint match/panel gaps after the repair.

I'd be really grateful if anyone can share any recommendations or tips on how to ensure the repair is done to an acceptable standard.
