I used my Zymol Lehm clay with Lehm lube on my car the other day, seemed to go alright and went "quiet" like it says it's supposed to.
Whilst the paintwork is now very smooth it seems to have dulled the tops off the paintwork if you catch it in the light.
Is this normal, have I done anything wrong and what can I do about it?
Also how do I clean up the clay bar as it looks dirty now?
Thanks

You don't actually clean the clay bar, merely fold in the dirt to show a clean face as if you were kneading dough.
As to the shine going, could be that you didn't use enough lube and so the clay has smeared. Usually you don't notice because you're polishing and /or waxing straight afterwards.
