Bodyshop for bonnet louvres

I have a project car on the go that is going to require a little extra in the way of cooling and some properly positioned and implemented bonnet louvres to let some heat out of the engine bay is part of the plan.

Does anyone have any experience of a high quality body shop that could advise on / carry out this work. This is entirely for practical purposes, not max power looks....
