Sheepskin wash-mitts...
Discussion
Quick bit of advice from those in the know. How do you care for sheepskin wash mitts?
I've found one that I was given ages ago, washed it out and started using it. Does a good job, but I'm not sure what what I should do after I've used it.
Do I just wash it out and leave it to dry, or should I turn it inside out and oil/treat the skin?
Ta in advance.
BTW Seems to do a better job than the micro-fibre version.

I have found that regular machine washing makes them deteriorate more quickly.
I tend to finish washing the car, rinse them in half a bucket of water, rinse again (until they are free of soap) and ring them out and put them on a radiator.
If they have gotten mucky I will put them in the washing machine on a delicates cycle (this is rare however).
