Hi All
I have a huge problem with dried and embedded (that what it seems) brake dust.
I have tried a few products from Halfrauds but they were as much use as thin air. Has anyone got any good ideas for the removal. The wheels are BMW MV'S (tight and tricky)

Thanks

Try claying them, time consuming, but is pretty effective on baked on brake dust

Claying is a good idea, have you tried a paint cleanser? Meguiars Deep Crystal Step 1 is a very effective cleanser.

Thanks for you help, but I managed to clean them up with Wonder Wheels (Great Stuff), If I tried using Clay I think I would still be rubbing from yesterday

Get some protection on them, wonder wheels worked because it is extremely strong, acid based.

Not something you want to use regularly.

A good one step product for wheels is Chemical Guys Wheel Guard...
