Bodyshop needed

Hi

I have triumph Stag with no rot but it needs a bare metal respray. anyone recommand a good bodyshop in Kent! i'm in Herne Bay. also not sure on cost of this would I be right in thinking 2.5 grand to 3 grand

There's an excellent bodyshop in Rochester: Mech-Spray / www.mech-spray.co.uk

I used them for my Vette and they're specialists in fibreglass, but will do anything. They've got a proper heated paint booth with good downdraft ventilation etc.





I'd say that your price is slightly on the low side for a decent job, but depends what you're after. Corvette resprays might be more expensive because of the potential problems that old fibreglass can cause.

I would recommend CANDY Automotive Refinishing Ltd in Sutton Valence. They are excellent, used them for my Alfa and my old man has used them for Porsche and Merc.
