04 A4 Avant, black paint with a few small light scratches(being sorted before delivery), dealer's offered above service for £295, I know I can get it cheaper, but is it worth getting done anyway?

Any advice/experience v.welcome, ta!

Depends upon whether you have the time to do a similar job yourself. personally if the car was new I would ventureshield my paintwork, but with a car a few years old I would keep it polished and waxed myself and have a front end respray evry five years if the chips annoyed me enough!

There is nothing wrong with AG Lifeshine, providing the dealer applies it properly, its not unknown for dealers to charge for this serivce only for the valeters to "forget" to apply it.

Either get the dealer to do it FOC or pay less and get it done properly by a local valeter
