How do I sort out this cracking? Chips away type place?

I've got this on the roof of my recently purchased 306. Would Chips Away (or similar) be able to sort it? Anything I can do myself? Obviously it's not very big..

I dont mind it how it is at the moment, but I dont want any moisture to get inside - is that likely? I dont want a full roof respray nor a rust patch!

the cheapest fix would be to compond or t cut the area and get the proper factory touch-up stick from peugeot,they come as a laquer and basecoat kit usually under £5.00
apply it,taking time between coats building up the paint and then apply the clear,(flatting between coats with 2000 wet and dry if you feel brave)not the best finish but by far the cheapest

looks like the sea gulls your way have been eating curry! Bird poo did that to my last company car, I'd try the local mobile touch up merchant

Given the paint formula and the location, any repair short of a roof respray will be protective only, and not offer you much of a cosmetic improvement. If you have a steady hand, the above advice on the touch-in stick is spot on. Although if you make a mess, DON'T use the clearcoat - it may prevent a pro being able to remove the big splat to start again.

Oh, and if you want by far the best out of the touch-up paint, thin it down and apply it with an airbrush. Gets a vastly superior flat build of paint than the tipp-ex brush in the bottle. Coats will flash off very quickly too.

Thanks for all the info - at the moment it looks like I will either leave it as is, or try the thinning down of touch up paint. I am not bothered about it being there cosmetics wise as I didnt pay a great deal for the car and it's barely noticable - I just dont want to see it become infected..
