Trim clip wanted

Has any one seen these before? Come in various sizes the one I'm after is 13mm diameter
The W part is sprung and the head is quite thin 1.5mm. Ideal for filling holes in my westfield body work where the swept wings used to be, needing a dozen to fill 8mm holes. My brother got these from an auto jumble a while ago and doesn't no the maker or suplier. Have looked on ebay and done google searches but can't find them anywhere. Halfords have some similair but there quite thick and will stand a bit further out from the bodywork.
