Also, is there GRP damage, as this tends to be best handled by a specialist, as opposed to simpler paint damage.

Hi Antol, Im in Moulton Lincs, dont mind where I travel if thay do a good job. There is some GRP damage not major but it wants doing.

I've no experience of anyone local to you, sorry... but for specialists in GRP/composite panel repair, Sinclaire's always come very highly recommended, and Dream Machines know GRP well - both are spoken well of on the Lotus Elise forum.
