Previous owner had my Gallardo detailed with Swissvax Divine in August. Can I just clean with zymol clear before applying my Zymol Vintage or do I have to HD clean before hand?

Obviously if I was starting from scratch i'd HD but seems a bit excessive given it was given the full treatment a couple of months ago. And will the Vintage stick to the Divine?

Personally, I'd spend the extra time HD'ing it before putting fresh on there, especially from a different manufacturer.
But that's just me - like giving myself more to do!

Personally, I would wash, clay and Hd the vehicle before putting the Vintage on, it maybe a few months ago since its last application, but even over a few months you can have contaminants on the paintwork, so its best to clay to remove these, as you wouldn't want to wax over any contaminants that are present on the paintwork. Hd or cleaner fluid is fine for ANY carnauba wax to bond too.

Please contact me if you have any other questions,

Kind Regards
Paul Dalton.

By cleaner fluid do you mean Zymol clear, or what ever it is called.

BTW i'll be requesting your presence before winter really sets in.

Cleaner fluid is the Swissvax pre wax cleaner that you are supposed to use before applying the wax.
