first of all sorry for poor english, lets not turn it into another english lesson lol

i am wanting to couler code my bumpers , whats the best way of going about it just a few questions. ( there plastic not fiberglass )

1) they have a few little scuffs , whats the best way to get rid of these ready for painting them ?

2) am i right in thinking you have to use ettching primer or something along those lines ?

3) whats the basic steps when prepping them ready so can just paint them when the car is sprayed ?
