refurbing plastic wheelarch liners ?

i was thinking about rubbing these down then spraying them with flexible plastic/bumper paint ? Halfords do a product like this with a flexible primer ?

anyone have any other ideas

a combined dye/paint would be good that actually soaks into the plastic but I can't find anything in the UK like that

SEM's plastic aerosol range will do this for you. Express paints carry them.

Clean thoroughly, scuff lightly, use a flexible plastic adhesion promoter (full priming not necessary and counter-productive), dry between every stage with warm air.
