stone chip repair
Discussion
Hi All,
Has anyone ever attempted to repair their own stone chips? Have a number on my bonnet and decided to buy a kit to do it.
So have the cleaner, paint and lacquer along with some micro applicators to build up the paint within the chip. Then has some fine and ultra fine wet and dry to sand down and then finally and polishing pad to attach to the drill with fine compound and polish out the fine scratches.
Now I have it, I am having second thoughts ! Has anyone ever used one and were the finished effects ok?
FYI - colour is BMW Titanium Silver.
Cheers

It is popular with a lot of Subaru owners and also those on Detailing World have done group buys of the stuff.
