Hope you experts can help.

1- How can I get rid of this mark? It's stuck on, tried polish, T-Cut, heating it was a hairdryer, using Gunk De-greaser but it's not budging at all. It's almost like glue, wax sealant etc, but can't think how it would ever have got there.

If it is stuck on as you describe, fine grit sandpaper and a mop - especially after you've cooked it on with a hairdryer.

Looks like grease in the picture

Have you tried something like Tardis or Meguiars Super Degreaser diluted 4:1 (water to SDG). Also have a glance at Bilt Hanmer and their Surfex HD product.

Have you tried a pre-wax cleanser?
Swissvax Cleaner fluid, Zymol HD Cleanse or Dodo Juice Lime Prime or Lime Prime lite are a few examples to name

Agree with some of the last two suggestions - Bilt Hamber Surfex HD neat or Lime prime/AG SRP.
Don't think it's straight to wet sanding and polishing just yet.
Could also try a bit of petrol/white spirits, but have a cloth handy with shampoo solution to neutralise it, quickly afterwards.

my money would be on a tar and glue remover such as Autosmart Tardis or AG tar and glue remover. As a matter of course i'd then follow up with one of the pre wax cleansers. Be sure to reprotect the paintwork with wax / sealant afterwards though.
