What's the best way to clean the windows?
Discussion
I have no idea where it's come from but almost all the way round the car the windows have a hazzy marks on the outside of the glass. When the glass is wet it's much worse than when it's dry.
So far I have tried washing it off with normal car shampoo, then washing up liquid, then dried it with clean microfiber cloths and then tried autoglym glass cleaner and nothing is making any difference
What can I try next?
Thanks.

There are two or three things to try. Firstly you can clay the glass with a decent clay and lubricant.
In addition to this clean your wiper blades....not with the clay. Autoglym Glass Cleaner cream is great for wiper blades, or a decent rubber cleaner.
Then use something like Einszett Glass Polish or their Acrysol Silicone Remover.
Have you put your car through a carwash recently?

I actually tried my Meguires Quick Clay kit last night after trying the vinegar and paper (well thought I'd have a go with nothing to loose!)In addition to this clean your wiper blades....not with the clay. Autoglym Glass Cleaner cream is great for wiper blades, or a decent rubber cleaner.

It's not shifting though!

If you car has been to a bodyshop recently or not been cleaned by yourself there is a high chance that some of the cheaper industrial chemicals used have compounded onto the glass of your car and thus marking it.
Autoglym Glass Cleaner (the cream) is a great cleaner, but if you are really having trouble then maybe something like CarLack 68 special cleaner could have more edge.

Okay, so how do you use vinegar and newspaper to clean the windows of a car??? Vinegar onto newspaper and rub all round the window?? Someone enlighten me please!
Yup, that simple. Just add elbow grease.Bowl of hot water and vinegar left in overnight takes all sort of smells away from the car too. Dont forget to take out before driving off, otherwise your car gains a little chipshop atmosphere.
