Bashing Aluminium

I need the services of an Aluminium basher,the sort that can make any body panal from a sheet of Aluminium.
Seriously, I know there are some very skilled people out there that can make the likes of an etype front end or any body panal from scratch and I need the services of such a person, preferably in the South of England.

Any suggestions?
