Paint correction Maidenhead area?

I'm considering buying an 18 month old, flat black, car. The problem is, it looks like some clown has put it through an extremely dodgy carwash. The bonnet has light scratches, in lines front to back if you see what I mean.
The rest of the car looks fine, just a few blemishes here & there.

So I'm thinking of buying the car, but want to take into account the cost of getting this fixed properly, so I will negotiate price & take it to a reputable place..

Can anyone recommend a good company in my area that could do a 1st rate job on this?, and how much am I looking at paying?
